Some staff tried to help, and the breakfast was decent. Location was suitable for exploring. But honestly, it didn't make up for the rest.

The spacious room provided a lovely city view and a super comfy bed, making for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. However, the lack of a swimming pool and the high valet parking fee felt excessive. Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with bits of grit not properly cleaned.

my stay at pullman was fantastic! the staff were super friendly, especially reiko behind the bar during the morning rush—she handled everything with ease. the breakfast was amazing and worth every cent! the spacious room was much better compared to our experiences in other cities. plus, the location was perfect, right at the entrance, close to all the restaurants.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, my bags were held and delivered to my room while I attended an event prior to check-in time, and I loved the sitting area in the reception alongside the convenient fitness center for a quick workout.

We had a lovely stay at Pullman Rotorua. Our Superior King Room with Lake View was spacious, featuring a comfy bed that made it easy to get a great night's sleep. The large shower was perfect for relaxation after a busy day exploring the area.
